Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you total control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can forward emails from one e-mail box to another, create email filters, create auto-response messages and defend your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming emails based on certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email account to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Simply specify the email box you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
